Activate only by removing from play 1 "Blackwing" monster in your hand. Draw 2 cards. During the turn you activate this card, you cannot Special Summon monsters. You can only activate 1 "Blackwing's Treasure" per turn.

TSHD-JP0?? Blackwing Dragon - DARK/Dragon - Synchro - Effect/8/2800/1600 - 1 Tuner + 1 or more Non-Tuner monster

If you would take Damage from a card effect, place 1 Black-Feather Counter on this card instead. This card loses 700 ATK for each Black-Feather Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can remove all Black-Feather Counter from this card to reduce the ATK of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls by 700 Points for each Counter removed, and inflict Damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the that value reduced this way.

The release of this set is rumored to be in May, but is not confirmed yet. I believe this set will more than likely be a change in the metagame after the March 1st banned list.
